Returns and Warranty

Returns

All returns must be accompanied by an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You can request an RMA number by calling us at (404) 284-9000. Please have the following information ready:
  • Order number
  • Reason for returning
  • Your name
  • Phone Number
  • E-Mail Address

General Return Guidelines

Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return products that:
  • Are in their original packaging
  • Have original manufacturer information
  • Are not damaged
  • Do not have missing parts
  • Never been installed, painted, or modified
These returns still require an RMA number (see above) and all non-defective returns are subject to a 30% re-stocking fee ($10 minimum).
We will issue a merchandise credit only when your return meets these guidelines. The cost of shipping will be credited only in those instances where the return is a result of our error.

Damaged Products

If your product has been damaged in shipment, you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Please call us toll-free immediately at 1 888-844-8800. Our customer service representatives will guide you through a return and replacement.

Manufacturer's Warranty

After 30 days, all parts are covered only by the Manufacturer Warranty. Manufacturer warranties vary and are included with your product and should be reviewed carefully for additional information.

Guarantee

Godfather Customs provides a 30-day guarantee on the workmanship of products. After 30 days, any defect in the product must be addressed directly with the manufacturer. Please review the manufacturer information you receive with your new product to learn more about the manufacturer warranty.
